Abstract

El presente artículo examina el estudio historiográfico de la tradición del derecho político español. En su aspecto crítico, analiza varios textos que se proponen, o bien divulgar nuestro constitucionalismo histórico, o bien recuperarlo para el presente. Y en su aspecto afirmativo, pretende por un lado plantear una alternativa para su reconstrucción historiográfica, y por otro, señalar las graves carencias de que adolece el pensamiento jurídico conservador que parece querer adueñarse de dicha tradición.

This article deals with the historical study of Spanish Political science. On its critical side, it analyzes several texts which purpose is either to spread our past Constitutional Law doctrines or well to recover these doctrines for current political ends. On its positive side, it attempts, on the one hand, to get a different lecture of the history of the Spanish Political science, and, on the other hand, to point out the deep deficiencies of the conservative juridical positions that want to appropriate those doctrines for their own personal benefit.
