Sobre los orígenes de la enseñanza de la historia del derecho en la universidad italiana.

Abstract

El estudio aborda la creación de las primerjis cátedras de historia del derecho italiano y la evcdución de estos estudios hasta la llegada del fascismo. El autor distingue tres períodos en la configuración de esta disciplina y puntualiza la función que tuvo en los planes de estudio y en la formación del Estado unitario.

This research addresses the creation of the fírst chairs in Italian Legal History and traces the evolution of this subject matter from its inception through the onset of fascism. The author identifies three periods in the development of this discipline and highhghts the role that it played in the curriculum and in the formation of the Unitary State.
