dc.description.abstract	Generalmente, ἔλεγχος significa, tanto en contexto filosófico como en contexto oratorio, el argumento refutativo. Contra la elección de, por ejemplo, Chiron, que prefiere un genérico 'preuve' en su reciente traducción francesa, en las siguientes páginas defendemos que aquel sentido es más adecuado en la exposición sobre los medios de persuasión de la Retórica a Alejandro. Para ello aludiremos a las semejanzas reseñables que presenta el capítulo dedicado al ἔλεγχος en la Retórica a Alejandro con algunos textos aristotélicos, semejanzas que permiten hablar de una más que probable inspiración a partir de las doctrinas lógicas aristotélicas y, en concreto, a partir de su doctrina dialéctica del ἔλεγχος como argumento refutativo.	es
dc.description.abstract	The greek term ἔλεγχος means generally, both in philosophical and oratorical contexts, the refutative argument. Against, for instance, Chiron, who prefers a generic term as 'preuve' in his recent French translation of the Rhetrorica ad Alexandrum, in the following pages we will argue, on the contrary, 'refutation' as a more accurate translation of the term. In order to give support to our thesis, we will show some significant similarities between the chapter devoted to the ἔλεγχος in the Rhetorica ad Alexandrum and some aristotelian texts, which suggest that the former has been very probably inspired by Aristotle's logical doctrines and particularly by his dialectical conception of the ἔλεγχος as a refutative argument	en
