Abstract
This article attempts to substantiate and justify the appropriateness and desirability of a study and critique of contemporary human rights and from some of the most important contributions of F. Nietzsche to Philosophy. His critique of reason, enlightenment and metaphysics, in addition to their keen eyes and diagnosis of modernity make him an author whose ideas can contribute to a review of human rights by incorporating his “perspectivism” methodology that is make building them in the context of globalization, in constant evolution alters the conceptual buildings and previous balances. The will to power or his objections to the possibility of objective knowledge are other contributions of Nietzsche addressed in this work.
